It's custom edition, Made for online play only [multiplayer].
If it can't connect to the network, Try configuring it manually in the "Network Options" menu.
It's 86 mb, b/c it doesn't have all of the missions and shit taking up all the space.
It works great for me.
And you get all maps, all games, and everything.
